Cocktail Sausages… but with our signature Pineapple Smoked Sausage!
This can also be made with Sweet Fire, Apple, or Maple Smoked Sausage!
3 – 14 oz. packs of Pineapple Smoked Sausage
2 cups of your favorite BBQ Sauce
3/4 cup of grape jelly
3 tablespoons of mustard
Crockpot: Cut sausage into medallions. Place in crockpot. Add your BBQ sauce, grape jelly, & mustard to the sausage. Stir contents. Turn Crockpot on low for 2-3 hours. Stir before serving.
Skillet: Cut sausage into medallions. Place in skillet on medium heat & sauté medallions until golden brown. Add your BBQ sauce, grape jelly, & mustard to the sausage. Stir & let simmer. Serve & enjoy!
