Orders are shipped on Monday & Tuesday. Deliveries can take up to 7 days to receive, depending on when the order is placed. (ex. Orders placed/paid on or after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday).
A physical shipping address is required. Our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is current and complete before finalizing your order.
Note: Perishable items are shipped frozen and packed with dry ice. It is not uncommon for the ice to dissipate before delivery; however, the meat should still be cool to the touch upon arrival.
