Cooking Instructions:

Grill: preheat grill to medium heat.   Grill for 8-10 min, flipping frequently to prevent burning

Air Fryer:  Place in an air fryer @ approx. 400° F for 6-8 min

Oven:  Preheat oven to 375° F, place sausage on sheet pan.  Bake approx. 8-10 min, flipping sausage half-way through.
